PARKING

The Ocean House has limited parking spaces available. Guests may park only one car on site per reservation. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. The Ocean House requires guests to move their car before 12 noon on the guests check-out day. All guests parking on the property must display an Ocean House parking pass on their dashboard.
WIFI

A complimentary item for all guests who book a stay at the Ocean House. Head down to our front desk in the lobby to request the password or you can text us at the number provided when you book a reservation.
BEACH BADGES

Guests can purchase beach badges during their stay and use them from arrival to departure. Badges are $12 per person. Each beach badge purchased by a guest MUST BE RETURNED before the guests departure. If the beach badge is stolen, lost or not returned the guest will be required to pay the replacement fee of $250 for each beach badge lost.
HOT BREAKFAST
(INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY)

Served each morning in our dining room located on the first floor. There are two breakfast seating times for guests: 8:30am-9:15am and 9:15am-10am. The menus are prepared the day before. We ask that each guest in the reservation fill out the printed menu to be handed in at the front desk or text us back their choices to ensure all orders are accounted for.
HOT & ICED COFFEE

A complimentary offer for all guests who book a stay at the Ocean House. Visit our dining room on the first floor, which opens for our guests every morning at 6 am. This is a self-service amenity.
LEMON WATER & ICED TEA

A complimentary offer for all guests who book a stay at the Ocean House. Visit our dining room on the first floor throughout the day for refreshments. This is a self-service amenity.
BEACH TOWELS

A complimentary item for all guests who book a stay at the Ocean House. Head down to our front desk in the lobby to request beach towels. Availability is not guaranteed.
BEACH CHAIRS

A complimentary item for all guests who book a stay at the Ocean House. Head down to our front desk in the lobby to request beach chairs. Availability is not guaranteed.
BEACH UMBRELLA RENTAL

A rental item for all guests who book a stay at the Ocean House. Head down to our front desk in the lobby to request or include in your reservation while booking. Only one umbrella per reservation at $10 per umbrella. If the umbrella is damaged, stolen, lost or not returned the guest will be required to pay the replacement fee of $50.
BEACH CRUISERS

A complimentary item for all guests who book a stay at the Ocean House. Head down to our front desk in the lobby to request a beach bike and bike lock. We do not offer helmets. Must be 18 or older to ride. Availability is not guaranteed. If the bike is damaged, stolen, lost or not returned the guest will be required to pay the replacement fee of $100.00.
OUTDOOR SHOWER

A complimentary offer for all guests who book a stay at the Ocean House. No more than one person is allowed in the shower at a time. Please be kind and wait your turn. If there is a queue, please be considerate of your time in the shower.
REFRIDGERATOR

A complimentary item for all guests who book a stay at the Ocean House. Head down to our first floor off of the lobby to locate our guest fridge. Fridge space is not guaranteed.
IRON & BOARD

A complimentary item for all guests who book a stay at the Ocean House. Head down to our front desk in the lobby to request an iron and ironing board. Availability is not guaranteed.
HAIR DRYER

A complimentary item for all guests who book a stay at the Ocean House. Head down to our front desk in the lobby to request a hair dryer. Availability is not guaranteed.
ICE

A complimentary item for all guests who book a stay at the Ocean House. Head down to our first floor where our ice machine is located, ice buckets available in each room.

Life Guards


Lifeguards on duty 9am-6pm daily during high season. 


PAVILIONS


North and South End Pavilions provide restrooms, concessions, and gift shops for all your beach needs. Open daily 9am-6pm.


DOG BEACH


Remsen Ave dog beach invites you and your canine to come play and swim! Before 8am - After 6pm during high season. 


FISHING BEACH


Between the hours of 9am - 6pm fishing is permitted ONLY in the designated areas below.
